As the Executive Director of Education, Jennifer leverages a sophisticated background in Coaching and Employee Training to oversee the accreditation and development of postgraduate medical programs. Her approach goes beyond administrative oversight; she is a strategic architect of learning environments, ensuring that fellowships—particularly for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants—are grounded in both academic rigor and the human element of medicine.
